COVID-19 Preparedness

Our number one priority is, and always will be, the health and safety of our employees, residents, and partners. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on our local communities and across the globe, while highlighting the important role that buildings play in supporting people’s quality of life and overall well-being. As a responsible, multifamily property owner and management company, we are committed to being part of the solution by operating sustainable and healthy buildings.

Employee Vaccine Policy

At Dweck Properties, we go above and beyond to provide the highest quality service and experience to both our residents and our employees. In our high touch industry, this often means close, in-person interactions with others. In order to prioritize everyone’s health and wellbeing, we require all non-remote team members to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment. If you have sincere religious beliefs or documented medical circumstances, you may qualify for a vaccine exemption. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Our COVID-19 Task Force

We have a COVID Response Task Force that includes a team of cross-functional executives responsible for property management, engineering, human resources, and general operations. This leadership team continues to monitor the pandemic, collaborate with industry leaders, and follow guidance from local, national, and global public health authorities.

Specific policies and protocols have been put in place to respond to COVID-19, with a goal to protect our employees, residents, visitors, contractors, and others who enter each and every property that we manage. These important requirements address individual prevention practices and building operational standards necessary to minimize risk of exposure; and are continuously updated based on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and other leading industry best practices.
